Check exterior perimeter of the house.
Check for visible water problems.
Check all windows and doors to ensure they are locked.
Empty dehumidifier daily.
Turn on some lights and shut off other lights.
Open up some blinds and close others.
Water plants inside and outside (on your watering days) .
Collect mail and flyers and sort them out.
Cut grass if needed (with a booking of one week or more).
Shovel driveway and sidewalk if it snows.
Fish will be fed (no extra for this service).
Will text you to let you know of house status daily if requested.
Key drop off service.
Will receive a completed checklist report when you return.

Dog Care and House Protection Package

Includes House Protection Package and
Your dog will receive:

Three walks a day, morning, afternoon and night (30 minutes each).
Fresh water and food at each visit.
Play time and companionship.
Clean up of any messes that your pet may have made.

Other Pet Care and House Protection Package

Your cat or other pets will receive:

Fresh food and water will be provided for your pet.
Will feed live food if required
Playtime and companionship for your pet
Litter boxes and cages will be changed daily

Pictures, Videos are most important family memories that you cannot get back when a tragedy such as a house fire occurs. ASP uses a professional data safe that is six feet high and is designed to prevent disks from melting. Most safes are designed so paper will not burn.
